  If I have to grade this guy between 1 to 10..I couldn't do it because I would give a "Zero". DO NOT use this guy. He's completely incompetent, unprofessional and will lie directly to your face for money. He does poor work, but he is a crooked as they come. I paid several thousand dollars for an asphalt parking lot. What I got in return - was an uneven, unfinished area of loose milling that looks horrible and already falling apart after 30 days. Several areas have grass popping up thru the loose asphalt, suggesting he did not service/prepped the area properly. Additionally - I paid extra money for him to remove all trash, which he did not. .
  Google his name to find his previous indictments for stealing or faulty work. Big lesson learned on my part.
